Kido - 2010-03-24 12:27 PM Let me say, the editing of data is worth it's weight in gold with sport tracks.  And on top of that?  The fact you can overlay your routes on a street map, aerial, satellite, USGS maps, is AMAZING.  So much better than the schematic that TC offers.

Now I can get a good look at all my off road training.

I also like that I can break up cycling workouts into races, road, trail...  Types of run workout...  Easier to go back and find similar workout to compare.

Loving it right now.

Welcome to the light side!  :-

I'd love to put together a Garmin / Sportstracks FAQ, but just don't have the time.

I would have to get into it a bit more.  But I feel the same way.  Or some kind of online tutorial video just to point out some of the features.

I too bailed on sport tracks before ever figuring anything out. I stuck with Garmin Training Center because it was easy, but I had issues with its lack of features. That's what I meant earlier about the inability to make custom laps.

Seriously, if you want to look at it again, PM me if you want a quick tutorial.  We can talk on the phone and I can get you to the key points in a hurry instead of you looking around from them like I did.

It's out of date a bit, but the tutorial is still online at Zonefivesoftware:
