Subject: Uploading training plan issue
Is part of the site down?  I'm trying to update my training plan and it will not complete the upload of the CVS file.  I either get a blank white screen with "Done" on the bottom of the web browser (Firefox) or once in a while I'll get a BT Error page that states:

The page cannot be displayed



An error has occured processing this request.
A message containing the details has already been sent to the support team.
Please use the back arrow in your browser and try again.

If the problem persists, please contact support

There could be a problem with the file you're uploading that isn't being handled correctly. Or perhaps it's timing out. Send it to [email protected] and we'll take a look.
