Wheat beer bread mix using Guinness ...

I love beer bread. So easy and its great with cream cheese-honey on it. I make it when we're having stew or soup to dip it. What's your recipe?

Mine is:

3 C Flour
1T + 1 1/2t baking powder
1/2 T salt (1/2T=1 1/2t)
12 oz beer - the darker the better.

Pour batter into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for 50 min.

I've experimented with different types of beer. I like stout, but porter is good too.

Even better - add cheese to the batter!
