Pre-race routine:

Had scrambled eggs and toast for breaskfast.

Event warmup:

Got there about 1/2 hour early. Registereed adn got goodie bag. stretched inside. I has been raining for days! Weather cleared to light drizzle for start of race.

I ran fine for me on this day.

Warm down:

Walked around, chatted, then got something to eat.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I did fine.

Event comments:

John Donahue and the K of C put on a good race, with food, etc.. inside the hall. Especially important since the rains started once again at the conclusion of the race.
