Up early around 4:15am; jumped in the shower; had some cereal and coffee then headed down to the race site with Jon and Janelle

Comments:

Great race! I ended up 3rd overall female and ran a PR by over two minutes so I really happy! It was great having such a great race in my hometown. Lots of support out on the course. It's definately a 'do again!'

Course: Started on Wrightsville Beach Island then headed over the bridge down Eastwood to Military Cutoff. Turned into Landfall and did a huge loop of the neighborhood. We then came out on Eastwood again, turned back down Military Cutoff and finished the race in Mayfaire Town Center

Congratulations to you!  The company I work for is in your neck of the woods although I'm here at Maryland.  It's called PPD anyway, copngratulations.  Wilmington is an awesome palce to race...

Great race! You will have to come to High Point sometime and do the half. But be prepared. It is a little hillier!
