You hit 2:04 on Saturday, I think a sub 2 may be within reason if you didn't kill yourself satruday and with another 2 months training. It's the same course. Conditions may be a bit different, but it's probably colder in February if anything. Surprisingly, I felt really good. We had water at 4 & 9, and a gu stop at 6. We felt pretty good and what really shocked me was that the last 3mi were faster. We descended those last ones 9:15, 9:08, 9:04, & 8:43 (.25), so it's in the cards. Last year I overdressed in pants, and a UA cold gear top. Hopefully I can do better this year! Edited by LostSheep 2010-12-20 6:54 PM |

The only bad thing I can say is the first part of the run course is on a trail. You'd have a good swim split since the first part of the swim is up stream. We might need to have a campout at my place. |

Also, I'd really like to run my hometown marathon in December. I also hope to run at least 5, 5ks next year. |
