Comments: this was surprising to say the least. I guess OWS practice helped alot. Transition 1
Comments: long run in transition Bike
Comments: slower than I initially thought. I guess I know where I still need to focus my work the most. Transition 2

Comments: I started cramping in my hamstring around mile 4 so I had to shorten my stride a bit to compensate...I was able to manage it without stopping. Post race
Warm down: waded out into the water to cool down legs for about 10 minutes (till I was freezing) Last updated: 2010-04-02 12:00 AM

Early morning breakfast of builder bar and an orange and water. I set up transition area after arriving early to watch the super-frog athletes going off so I had my choice of racks and got pretty close to bike out / swim in. It was a good spot.
I ran a little down the beach to warm up then went back to watch the iron distance start.
