Subject: Narberth CF Run : Official Thread
One week out. Who's in? I live on the course and there number of runners in the neighborhood is increasing. Lots of people want to run the course.  I ran this race last year for the first time and had a great time. Won't be as fast this year but it will be fun!

Picked up my race number, timing chip, and a very nice long sleeve t-shirt. 9:00 start tomorrow so I don't have to get up early. Parking will not be a problem since my warm up will be running the 1/2 mile to the start area from my house.
