Subject: MWRA boil water order!!

Boy, I am amazed at the extent of the boil water order by the MWRA today. Anything east of Weston and attaced to MWRA is affected. Hope everyone has some nice bottled water in reserve. Good luck.

A lot of super markets are all out. I did the walk for hunger today and all the water was bottled. The reservoir near BC was very low - I think they've been using some of that water to compensate for the water main break.

Yes, the Chestnut Hill Emergency Reservoir is one of the back up water supply for the communities. 

I just took tap water and boil it, and keep a few jugs in the fridge.  No biggie.

I boiled 2 big pots last night, and another 2 today, last nights are in the fridge along with the few small bottled waters we procured.

Did pick up a couple of gallons of bottled for handwashing, dog....

with kids it gets more complicated.

but I do feel like I am living in a third world country when I shower....
