Great race - PR on the 10k. Paced it well, may have been able to pace a little quicker on front end, but by not doing so, I was pretty quick at the end, passing quite a few people.

Run for the Zoo - great run. paced well enough I had a great kick on the second half of the run. I think my split was ~27 first 5k, ~26 second 5k. it's crazy how much zig zag you actually do at these types of races.

Great race Jeremy.  You probably ran 10.5 k with the zig and zags!  Always awesome to negative split.

That is great news! Way to zig and zag and still keep to your goal time!

I love that your mom ran the 5K too. Congratulations!

Nice race, Jeremy!  Awesome pace.  You ran your race and did a negative split... plus a PR... what more could you ask for?   Well done!
