My T2 times seem to be lumped in with the run, looking at my gps and the official time for the second run, the race results are over by a couple minutes, which would account for T2, and the approx. 10 seconds I forgot to stop my watch after the race Yell     I show I completed 6.13 miles in 53:32, and the race results show me as 55:41.  Spending just over 2 minutes in T2 is about right, I was sloooooooow for both transitions.

Has anyone heard if they still may have or recover the data and times for T2?  If not, will they just try and figure it out based on the other times, I assume the mat out of T2 malfunctioned.

I am not sure what they are doing with the times but an explanation on the website would be nice just to know where the time is tacked onto.

Deer Creek lived up to its mark of being tough and nasty weather.

I was great to see you all, David, Margo, and Kate.

I have a friend who raced last sunday, and none of his times were recorded! In fact his name wasn't even listed in the final results, even though he signed in, got his timing chip, got marked, completed the race crossing all the mats. I feel like they owe him a refund or credit towards another race. This was his first Tri ever, what a bad experience for him with the timing issues. I hope HFP does the right thing.

Wow, that's terrible.  Hopefully he has some times based on his own timekeeping.  Sounds like he finished it, hopefully he had a good race and feels good about it.  Sounds like they need to retire his timing chip!

The three races (duathlons) I've done this year all had a timing problem, Olentangy had the run and bike all together for me, Ohio Challenge did not have the splits, and now no T2 times for me at Deer Creek.  I did have a 5K that all timing went well.

As a side note, is HFP not giving out the MPH for the bike this year, none of their races for 2010 show MPH for the bike.  Easy enough to figure out, assuming the bike for Olympic distance was 40K.  Does anyone know?

The first one is 10 minutes, the second one is a minute long and the last one is around 5 minutes or so, the first one has some good shots of those crazy guys in pink!

Good shots of DLaw in the first one.  Pics of David and Tom here as well.

David and Tom look awesome in the water entry one.

I don't know about their music choice for the water entry.  With the Manly Men, I think Chariots of Fire would have been a much better touch...  even if it was too predictable.
