Swim
Comments: Swim was strong for me considering I had swam just 4 times all year (all in the 8 days leading up to the race) What would you do differently?: Swim more before race, pick better people to draft off of Transition 1
Comments: Had problem mounting bike for some reason, need more practice instead of relying on things going my way What would you do differently?: jump on bike like I usually do and not be worried about clipping rear hydration Bike
Comments: Lots of shifting on this course, made up A LOT of ground. Came out of the water in 55th, started run in 12th!! What would you do differently?: Nothing, bike is def. my strength Transition 2
Comments: T2 was good, had a great rack spot by run start! What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: Run was strong for me, had to pace myself coming off bike b/c I felt so good, took in hydration as needed at aid stations, one bathroom break, lots of gu's, on cramp I had to fight off by uphill at mile ~9 where stairs are finished really strong though! Post race

Woke up early, ate 2 english muffins w/ PB & Honey, 2 boosts, 2 sweet potatos and made sure I had all of my gear.
Event warmup for me is to make sure transition is setup and to have a gu before the swim, at a race this distance I prefer no warmup
