Turns out it wasn't a cramp...... I simply strained/overused it..... It all started with an "innocent" time trial, ridden in aero position... AFTER NOT TRAINING AT ALL IN THIS POSITION for a long time.... stupid is as stupid does... that's why I'm going ahead and updating 3 mos. after the event.
