Comments: Couldn't settle into a pattern until well along the route; kept running into people; breathing was awful - could only get off one breath per stroke for much of the course What would you do differently?: Tough to say; it's a really restricted and crowded course. Probably could have sighted better Transition 1
Comments: My hands were shaking so bad I couldn't tie my shoes What would you do differently?: Consider getting elastic laces! Bike
Comments: 2nd lap was much faster than first. Could have gone a little faster but was worried about legs on the first lap and was still trying to settle my heart rate/breathing from the swim. What would you do differently?: just practice, practice, practice to go faster. Also get the stem changed on my bike. Also! Remember to put fresh air in the tires! Transition 2
Comments: This was a pretty good transition for me; my rack was pretty far away from the bike in, but close to the run out What would you do differently?: Remember my inhaler! Run
Comments: This was a pretty good run for me, though I seriously doubt it was a full 5K. I was moving pretty well at the end and feeling good and strong. What would you do differently?: not much - it was a good run for me. Wish the course had better marking though bc I didn't know when to start my kick at the end. Post race
