Got this re taken at Life time fitness today. My first one was in Jan. 2009. My VO2 max increased from 33 to 39.4 I was very happy with the results. MY heart rate zones changed big time. I am no longer at 181 for my AT, but 166...It feels strange doing the new zone workouts since I have been training mainly in my 2 and 3 for the past year or so. Excited to see if my new zones lead to a bigger improvement still

New Leaf is correct. It seems to be accurate. Have had good results using it! First time I used it a year and a half ago I lost like 40 lbs.

Yep.  It pays to function in the right HR zones to accomplish what you're looking for.

I just did a VO2 test on my bike last night to confirm my exhertion effort will be right for my race this weekend.
