Subject: RE: Two races in two weeks?I'd say that a sprint two weeks out is doable, you could use that as your last hard effort before the Oly. Take it fairly easy the next week, taper the week after that, and then you hit the Oly. Of course, it might also be a little too much, too close together, I'd have to say you need to think about it based on how you feel. Are you feeling strong and fit at this point? Or a little tired? That would be the deciding factor I think. As far as racing two weekends in a row (as someone else asked) I think that's a little too much, asking for injury, etc. I guess you could try it and see what happens. |
