There's nothing like a nice 50-75 mile bike ride....or a 25-35 mile ride followed by a 10K run...or a LSD day running 10-12 miles...or an hour of swimming....or a ball-buster track workout with 400m sprint repeats 'till you feel like you can't stand up anymore...or a 2000m swim followed by a long bike ride....IT'S ALL GOOD!! Just love being out there!
My *real* answer is my long run. I dread it all week but when I am out there, 5am, sun just a blip of a promise, rabbits peeking at me and my mini hoo (Siberian Husky running partner whose real name is Mani-Nana) my life just falls together and I am at peace.
