There's nothing like a nice 50-75 mile bike ride....or a 25-35 mile ride followed by a 10K run...or a LSD day running 10-12 miles...or an hour of swimming....or a ball-buster track workout with 400m sprint repeats 'till you feel like you can't stand up anymore...or a 2000m swim followed by a long bike ride....IT'S ALL GOOD!!  Just love being out there!

My *real* answer is my long run. I dread it all week but when I am out there, 5am, sun just a blip of a promise, rabbits peeking at me and my mini hoo (Siberian Husky running partner whose real name is Mani-Nana) my life just falls together and I am at peace.

3-4 hour surf in double overhead waves. This is definitely a huge workout.

Really starting to enjoy my long rides as well.

My favourite workouts are the ones I did in my swimming days which I brag about now. I sure wouldn't do them tomorrow:

12x200 LCM butterfly @ 3:30. 5x200@ 10 min fast. 24x50@40 LCM (2 freestyle, 1 fly)... and my most favourite workout:
3 rounds (in yards) of: 3x100@1min, 4x75@55 going faster, 5x50@45 going faster, 6x25@30 all out.

I also like the cross country jogs.
