Subject: 70.3 to 70.3 in same season...where to start I finished my first half two weeks ago and I have another one set in 11 weeks. What would you recommend to follow for a training guide? If I followed a typical guide and go ten weeks out from the event the miles would be far less than I'm capable of which makes me think I'll slow down. The first half went well outside of the run (my nutrition was WAY OFF ). I finished in 6:23 and want to do sub 6 (my run was 2:43-cramped, vomited and hated the last 5 miles ). Any help is appreciated!! |
