I brought both wetsuits just in case. I don't like cold water so I wore the full wetsuit. I started great and to fast as usual. Then I found a pair of feet that were going slow. I stayed there and relaxed. Last bouy I passed him and found a faster pair of feet. This swim was longer but accurate so I think I PR my swim.
What would you do differently?:

I heard afterwards about the wetsuit strippers so perhaps using the strippers

I started out strong but my lack of training kicked in half way through.
My time last year was better and so I was hoping for a little improvement but maybe next year.

Make sure I build and train correctly.

I ran walked 6 miles but was not feeling it. I did not want to get serioulsy injured so I DNF at the turn around. i was not sure if I would run at all but felt I would give it a try.
