Comments:

DNF - cramped up within the first 300 meters. Got to the last turn around and while heading in my leg cramps were so bad that I couldn't use them at all. No forward progress and I got pulled at the 1 hour mark.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe it was a nutrition thing... maybe it was because I didn't wear my wetsuit... Don't know. I do know that I was humbled.

Great benefit for the Livestrong - LAF. Lot's of high school swimmers - all of whom would normally out swim me on my best day!
