Hill training in ride day before.
Horseback riding, white water rafting, kayaking, corn hole championship and peddle boat.

12 minute ride, up and down the hill out of transition. 10 minute run and 200 meters swim.

Should have pushed harder.....
Beautiful swimm, cristal clear and warm water in lake Chatuge. Navigation around island was awesome!
Running out water on a bunch of rocks was tough. They need a carpet on the beach.

That was not too good, I needed a true Olympic distance.
Beautiful place, optimum to make it a nice family vacation.
