Subject: RE: How much strength taining? well considering by the exercises you listed you are talking of strength training not weightlifting. There is a difference, the reason everyone goes off on a tangent is when they hear strength training they immediately think weights which is not the case. I'd go along the lines of what scout was suggesting, Hill work, but I'd choose biking up and down a hill over running, just personal perference since I could do that more often then running. When you do you swimming, flip on your back a dolphin kick for a few laps, that is a great core workout. and if you have the place to do it at home I'd keep the 30' rope climb, dips and pull ups which is good core work also. Really except for the rope climp you could most likely do the dips, push ups, pull ups at home to save time. |
