Subject: Timex HRM $25, bike shoes for clipless pedals $30, book $101. Timex T5G941 Heart Rate Monitor Watch. Includes the strap. This is a very entry-level HRM- it reads your heart rate or time, and at the end your average HR and max. It's great if you want something basic that you won't need an instruction manual for, or if you just want to try out heart rate training. It's extremely accurate. I also like it because you don't need to send it into the factory to replace the battery- it just takes a normal watch battery. Water resistant so you can wear it on the swim although it won't record heart rate data. $25 includes shipping anywhere in the world. 2. Exustar brand bike sandals. These are MTB shoes with velcro closure. Size 43/44- I wear a woman's size 10 and usually wear a 41-42 but found this size more comfortable. Molded footbed, and adjustable straps on the back and toebox so it's easy to make them fit well. They were good for triathlons because you could wear them without socks and you only had to tighten one velcro strap so easy on. I can include the clipless pedals if you want them- I bought them second hand and they are only in fair condition. A great shoe if you want to try out clipless pedals or want something to commute in. $30 includes shipping anywhere. 3. Triathlete Magazine's "Complete Triathlon Book" a little dogeared but in pretty good condition, no writing inside. $10 shipped anywhere. Or all 3 items for $55 shipped.
