Event warmup:

Quick run with my wife and son then we did some dynamic stretching and 4x30 yard strides. We had entered the family division to see if we could defend our title from last year as fastest family. THis year they pulled you out of agegroup awards if you entered the family race.

We won the fastest family again. That was fun. My 12 year old was 3 in his agegroup, my wife was 3rd fastest female and I was second overall. I was 15 seconds slower than last year.
