No wetsuit or not-wetsuit-legal races, what do you wear and how do you wear it?

I generally swim in my tri shorts with no top.  That is just a preference for me.  I did a few with a tri top on but it felt loose to me after the swim.  It is basically just preference.  Good luck. 

My first race this year was a pool swim.  I swam in my tri shorts, no top.  Putting the tri-top on in T1 sucked!  The second race I did this year was non-wetsuit legal and I wore my tri top.  Saved a lot of time over the first race and it didn't bother me at all swimming in it.

I wear shorts and tri top for the swim.  I can't imagine putting my tri top on in T1 while wet.

Thanks for the help and votes. I did this same oly last year and it was wetsuit legal. Apparently this year it's very much in question I am debating what to do!

Most of my TRIs are not wetsuit legal. I started wearing the 2XU Elite Trisuit a couple of years ago. I used it for all my TRIs including a HIM. Works for me.
