Comments:

Nice swim. Got caught up behind 2 girls during the middle of the swim. Finally went right up the middle past both of them. Prob cost me about 30-40sec. Overall the swim was good.

Bike

  • 23.55 mile/hr
Comments:

Went pretty hard on the bike and I finished with my best bike split ever. The training that I'm putting in on the bike this year is really paying off. The first part of the course was a little technical with a lot more turns than usual. I kept my speed up through the corners and hammered out of them. My cornering was good. Got a little loose in one corner and scared the hell out of myself. Was super happy with my bike today.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.
Transition 2
  • 00m 46s
Comments:

Went to the wrong rack. Saw that my shoes were not there and thought "Oh shit, this aint my rack!" Mine was one over. Didn't really lose that much time. Maybe 3sec is all. That was the first time I have ever gone to the wrong rack. Other than that, T2 was good. Threw off my helmet, shoes on, and picked up my race # and I was off.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Run
  • 21m 59s
  • 3.1 miles
  • 07m 05s  min/mile
Comments:

Run was good. Nice and steady. My stomach started to cramp on both sides at about mile 2. Didn't really bother me too much though. The first mile was about 6:30pace, but I couldn't hold it and I dropped off the pace towards the end. I finished strong though and was super happy with the way I ran today.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Post race
Warm down:
