Subject: Salt tablets/Enduralytes in 65 degrees I just completed the Timberman 70.3. Race day conditions were about 70 degrees overcast and then just a little bit of precipitation. I had Enduralyte tablets with me and decided I did not need them since the temp was so low. I ended up having to stop and stretch 3 or 4 times during the run. I'm wondering if I still should have decided to take the tablets.
Anyone have this happen to them? Planning for warm weather and getting cooler than expected temps then switching up your race day nutrition? |
