Subject: RE: Midnight work outsI'm amazed by how little sleep some of you can survive on. I go to bed between 9:30 and 10:00 and either get up at 4:30 or 5:00 for my morning workout. With this much training, I need the minimum 7 hours of sleep. My evening workouts are usually between 7:30 and 8:30 so I can make it to bed on time.
The few midnight runs that I have done (back in the college cross country days ) were great. Very pieceful and nice cool weather.
