I wanted to go with the family so I woke up around 4:30AM to put all the family/baby stuff in my truck.

Well, I am finally getting comfortable throwing punches in the water... I mean swimming LOL. I had to go around a couple back stroke/Brest stroke swimmers but it was pretty good.
What would you do differently?:

Get in front of the pack. I am better swimmer that I was before so there is no reason for me to wait at the end of the pack.

Legs were still complaining about last week (HIM), but I did catch a lot of people. Also, I am happy cause day by day my biking is getting better, and this time only the fast fast guys were able to pass me.

My feet were cold/dead/numb because it was cold; the first mile or so I though that I would break and ankle cause I couldn't feel my feet. Couple faster guys passed and the last mile I was pushing my pace to the limit but I gave too much at the beginning.
What would you do differently?:

Put shoes warmers on my bike shoes so I don't have to deal with cold feet LOL
