Subject: A great "small" workout log for anyone that may be looking for a training log when hitting the gym. i have picked up a logbook from amazon.com called the workout log. they also have their own site at http://www.theworkoutlog.com/pages/howbookworks.html
the log book is a great size for taking to the gym with you. It is really detailed yet very simple. Included and bound within the book is a conversion chart for lbs/kilograms to kiligrams/lbs. a great anotomical view of your muscles from medial, posterior and anterior views.
it also has a current/goals section with wieght, hieght, bodyfat along with 15 other measurements.
anyway, for anyone who is looking for a great little log book to take with them to the gym... check it out! I even use it to write down what I do for swimming, biking and running... although it is not geared for this... it works. Makes filling out my log on bt.com easier! |
