Not working... can I put in the points manually somehow?

you can always try copy and paste. What type of file do you have?

text file with the points as #, northing, easting, elevation, code, but I can easily just make it northing, easting, elev.... Where do I copy it to? The command lines?

I've got a shoe that "squeeks." anyone here help me with that?

Put some baby powder in it.

I think you are going to have to draw it manualy. It will take some time.

Just saw this - have you tried going to your GIS people there? You can enter points as coordinates pretty easily and then rotate them.
