Comments: My garlic cream cheese breakfast might not have been the best choice. Half way through the run all I could taste was garlic. Excellent run time (for me)!!! I was expecting to finish in about 35 minutes. What would you do differently?: No cream cheese before the event. Post race
Warm down: Walked around in circles until my HR came down. What limited your ability to perform faster: Pain in ribcage (diaphram, intercostals). Event comments: avg HR 177 max HR 196 Last updated: 2010-09-05 12:00 AM
