Comments: I had an awesome run.. felt good and relaxed throughout the race. Started having IT band issues towards latter part of race.. had to walk it out a couple times. What would you do differently?: Not much i can do better.. this was the fastest i have been.. Post race
Warm down: walked around.. did some stretching.. What limited your ability to perform faster: this was a fast race for me.. Event comments: the organizer ran out of medals.. a good race, i enjoyed it.. i will do it again next year. Last updated: 2010-09-09 12:00 AM

ran about a half mile warm up.. and some active stretching
