Pre-race routine:

had some oatmeal and water for breakfast... some minor stretching
Event warmup:

ran about a half mile warm up.. and some active stretching

I had an awesome run.. felt good and relaxed throughout the race. Started having IT band issues towards latter part of race.. had to walk it out a couple times.
What would you do differently?:

Not much i can do better.. this was the fastest i have been..

walked around.. did some stretching..

What limited your ability to perform faster:

this was a fast race for me..

Event comments:

the organizer ran out of medals.. a good race, i enjoyed it.. i will do it again next year.
