Subject: RE: Ironman 70.3 Muncie : Official ThreadCongrats all! I really enjoyed this race. It was my first HIM and a tune-up for Lou IM. Coach told me to dial it back and focus on fueling and hydrating. I swam below race pace on swim (pulled a 42min, then kept HR below 155 on bike (3:10 ) and ran straight thru (minus aid stations ) to 8 mile then walk/ ran to 11, ran the rest to finish; avg pace w/o walking was 9min. Felt strong the whole time and had to pee 3x.
