I have been diligently eating between 1300 and 1550 calories per day. As my training has increased its been a lot closer to 1550 each day :-) I have been using sparkpeople.com for food tracking. The scale battery went dead, I was eating like a horse, etc. Anyway, I'm climbing back on the wagon: 1/5: 181 3/9, 3/16: No data 3/23: 179 3/31: 178 Glad to see some real progress among those who have stuck w/the plan. I hope to catch up a little. . . |

I cant believe I have reached 20 pounds of weight loss! Its amazing what one can accomplish when you put your mind to it. So I reached my goal to be at 155 by my race on April 16. I still have a long way to go to reach my ultimate goal to be in the 130s by my race in June, but I definitely believe its doable! Happy dance, happy dance!! |

I started this journey with you back in January, and fell off the face of the earth when I moved from Texas to Nashville, TN. I love my new town and I've been out swing dancing and enjoying my new life. I guess we're 13 weeks in now and I'm down almost 7 lbs. 15 may be out of reach, but I'll shoot for 10 to 12. I've got lots of workouts and outdoor adventures planned for this weekend ![]() |
