Subject: RE: Cycling training: am i doing it all wrong? My goal is equilibrium, to not sacrifice one sport for another. I'll work on making the best of my 3 biking days; I just wanted to make sure that the work I was doing during those days is good work. I'm also training for a marathon in February, so giving up one of my 3 run days is definitely not an option. While I am no longer looking for leaps in my swim fitness, I do want to maintain the fitness I have worked hard to get so dropping a swim day is not an option either. |
