Subject: Training for first Olympic Triathlon in August I just started training for what will be my first Olympic Triathlon. I'm not sure what all to post here right now but I just thought it would be one thing I could use for accountability. I have been able to swim about a mile a couple of times in about 31:00 but that is at the Y in the pool and also with about a 2 min. break about 1/2 way through. I ran 3.3 miles last night, which is the farthest I've been able to do, in about 25 mins. Have not biked yet. Hopefully soon. Oh yeah, I'm weighing in at 211 lbs. as of today. Would love to shed about 25-30 lbs. by race day. |
