Subject: RE: TRX Suspension TrainingI love the TRX. My training studio has about 40 of them for group classes and I use it with clients all the time (they call it the T-Rex ). It takes all your traditional exercises and adds a balance/core stability element. The best thing about it is that by changing your positioning by just a few inches, you can make the workout harder or easier depending on your needs for that day. It can also be used for anaerobic "bursts" of exercise during circuit training, which can help improve endurance. I use this equipment nearly every day. Did I mention that I love the TRX? (Man, they should pay me for this endorsement... ) |
