Comments: Was perfect pacing and execution for my running level, slight negative split 2:30 min PR. What would you do differently?: Was a perfect race. Only thing I could do different is just be better trained with more years under my belt. Post race Warm down: Just walk around and enjoy things, had some water and snacks. What limited your ability to perform faster: Was best short run ever.... just need to keep consistent training to improve over time. Event comments: Great race, awsome that it promotes youth with the 1 mile fun run providing $1300 to student track teams that compete for cash towards equipment (shoes, uniforms, etc.) Last updated: 2011-03-05 12:00 AM |
