Comments: time approx. Bike
Comments: Very Hard bike ride. Total ascent 1340. Although I tried to keep an even pace, by the time I got to the run my legs were fried. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Running is literally my Achilles heel. Today was very hot and as I said before my legs were fried by this point. What would you do differently?: Need to incorporate some speedwork into my running. Ultimately I am to heavy (6'0 195lbs) and need to lose another 10 or so. Post race
