Comments:

Great race; extremely HOT day. I had to stop and walk throughout the last 15 minutes or so. There must have been several hundred people watching the race. Luckily many of them had hoses and were kind enough to dowse people. There were also two pools at the end of the race for participants to get their temperatures down...
What would you do differently?:

I had a sore left hamstring and wore a brace for the first half of the race. I should not have run; I should have stayed at Mayflower Beach and slept in the sun!

Event comments:

The post race activities are insane!! I have never seen so many gifts given out. I also figured out why it is called the "brew run!" They should sell the t-shirts online - it is a very good design.
