Congrats on the race, ya there was some disorganization. I guess this is the 3rd tri theyve done so im sure it's a work in progress. I missed all the transition related stuff, I was in line for the bathroom!!

Just put one foot in front of the other and keep moving. The only way to get better at running is run.  Start doing bricks. The sprints i did last year, i hadnt done any bricks. It seemed i was at the turn around before my legs felt normal.
