Pre-race routine:

Prepared myself the day before with the elevation and the paces that I wanted to target for the different segment of the course.
Prepared the associated playlist and I was good to go for a 43min goal :)

Event warmup:

As usual, easy run before with 2/3 strides at the end to get the legs running :)

Comments:

Was very well prepared with the elevation datas and the different segments.
Stick to the plan (was well ahead in fact...) and was right on :)

Everything went perfect !

What would you do differently?:

Nothing and will do the same for my next race !

Warm down:

Stretched a lot as usual, bagel, banana and then walk down in the area

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Prepare myself more for run specific rather than for tri but was fine anyway.

Event comments:

Very good, interesting and challenging course.
A must do and will do it again next year ;)
