Comments: This was a 2/3 mile swim not sure it really was, but I did better then I thought I was going to do so I was happy with that!!!! What would you do differently?: Need to get that wetsuit!!!!!  Transition 1
Comments: Went with no socks on the bike and loved that so much more What would you do differently?: nothing!!!  Bike
Comments: WOW it was so hilly and do I need to train on some hills, but it sure is hard when you live in the flat land, but it needs to be done!!! What would you do differently?: Train for more hills Transition 2

Comments: Run felt good,(thought I did better then the time!Oh well) but it wasn't flat like they said it was!!! It sure had the hills!! I was cautious on the run with the foot and all and running with the hills!!! What would you do differently?: Train more for the hills and have my foot be 100% Post race
Warm down: Needed to find some shade, just didn't feel that great!!! But after I changed I felt better, and also drank some gatorade!!! What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing really just need to practice for the longer distance!!! Event comments: It was a good race to see if I could do the distance!!! Didn't get much sleep the night before but got up thinking that this might be my last race of the year, but I don't know yet!!! Had my usual cliff bar and I half of bread with pb about an hour before.
Just got my stuff ready to go and chatted with people!!!
