Comments: Paced a friend for this race. Legs and lungs felt good, was very relaxed and felt like I could have pushed to a top 3 finish. Had fun though and helped friend win 2nd overall female. This was her first 5K ever, and she did fantastic and learned a lot I think, hopefully I helped. What would you do differently?: Push push push, and lose the long sleeve top :) Post race

Woke up and took in a minimal amount of calories, just enough to ease my morning hunger, mainly had water.
About a mile worth of light running with some pickups and stretching.
