F.I.S.T fitted-pictures

I got fitted by a F.I.S.T certified (www.slowtwitch.com/dealersurvey/fistcoaches.html) fitter, and was anxious to try out the new fit. Took part in a super sprint yesterday, as a workout twds another race approaching. Here are a few pictures my friends snapped that I thought I would share. The fit felt great, had to back off the entire race as I was hocking up phlegm from a summer cold I have. I was having problems with my right knee previously and the fit has certainly made it more comfortable.
