V.C.R.C 42 cm Road Handlebar - $15

So, I am beginning my road bike build up.  The frame I bought came with a handlebar, but it is to narrow for me, so I figure I would list it here.

It is an aluminum traditional drop handlebar, 42 cm size with a 31.8 (oversize) clamp.  It was used approx 1 year, and is in really good condition.  It has a couple scratches, but nothing you would even see after putting bar tape on it.

I would like to get $15 for it, but I am open to offers as well.  I imagine shipping would be like 7 bucks or so.  Help me fund the size I actually need! :D  (OK, if you have a 44cm bar you would want to trade I am open to that also)
