Recap of weekend training:
Sat. AM: Bike ride w/my 6 yr. old DS. He LOVES riding with Dad!
Sat. afternoon: Brick: 15 mile bike/5K run (distances in 6/18's tri). Went fine until an asthma attack 1/9 into the run. Grrr!!!
Sunday AM: Group ride, went 18.5 miles.
Sunday afternoon: Brick repeats: 4 x 10 min. bike/5 min. run. Went great!
Today: SRD.
