Subject: Reviewing existing plan abilities settings
Is there a way to review what info I used when developing my plan? I'd like to see what I put as my "current abilities".

Joe, you entered "INTERMEDIATE: I have done this distance before within the last year, am in the middle to the back of the pack and I am currently training."

Thanks, Mike.

Is there a way to find out what I put as my pace for the different disciplines? I'm wondering if I should change them, my planned swim work outs seem to be particularly slow.

What would you consider your 'endurance' swim pace?  The pace that you can go forever?
