I am pretty happy with the results.

I set up my camera last night to check on how my fit looked on the bike. I am pretty comfortable and feel pretty powerful in this position, but I just wasn't sure. I only had to make a couple really minor tweaks. There is one more small spacer under the pads on the front, which I may eventually remove once I get a torque wrench with multiple settings. Other than turtling my head more, I think this would work for my iron and half iron distances. I'll take any bashing anyone here is able to offer though. Cool

I'm sure you put down some nice money on that bike and all the gear, the best thing you can do (probably should have done prior to buying the bike) is get a proper bike fit. Personally I think it's worth every penny and then some.
Find a quality bike shop that is experienced in fitting tri bikes. A good shop/fitter will have you come back numerous times until you feel just right.
That's just my 2 cents!

I agree. And that's what I did. And like I said, I'm happy with the fitting I got. Just thought I'd post it here and see what others think!

Your position looks pretty good. You might try raising your seat a little as it "appears" that you could do with a little bit more leg extension at the bottom of the pedal stroke. (Your leg is bent which is good, but seems to be ent a bit more than it needs to be). If this is not comfortable then leave it. However, if it works you could produce more power and achieve a more aero position.

JMTCW, and the fit suggestion given above is a GOOD one.

I'm no expert on bike fits, but I think it looks pretty good. I would work on "turtling" my head, though, if I were you. It appears to be kind of up and in the wind. Work on getting comfortable dropping it a little.

You should consider getting a professional fitting.

Oh, and I think you look good (not an expert but I ride like one)
Have you spent time on the road in that position? Feel good? Feel fast(er)?

Side note: I finally learned how to use RED TEXT. Today is a good day my friends.

Looks pretty good.

I'll assume you are a natural toes-down rider because your toes really are quite pointed at the bottom of the stroke.  Some people will tell you that's wrong.  My (unprofessional) opinion is that it depends on the rider.  If that's what works for you, then the seat height is probably OK.

I think that you have a lot to gain by working on turtling your head to get your noggin much lower.  That's not so much a fit issue as a position issue.

I tried to watch the video all the way through, but I thought the plot was pretty thin.  Nice bike though!
